Most of the marine and civil protection works have been completed for the first stage of the waterfront in Abyan Coast - Khormaksar District, Aden, with a total length of 1.2 kms, starting from Al Arab Mall. The project includes implementation of the walkway works and preparation of the land for three investment areas having a total area of (45,072) square meters. It is planned to complete all the project works in the third quarter of year 2023.
