Luxury housing project. The area of the site is 4338 m² surrounded by streets of 15m width, which allow creation of unique 16 nos.

Phase I consists of six-unit residential block made of luxury two-storey fully furnished units. Each unit is furnished to luxury standards
with top nishing materials, complete with MEP and services as well as woodwork and fenestration?. The units are separated by boundary
walls and private outdoor space around each unit, with a main gate, parking and landscaping.
