Project’s Brief
The hotel is located in Comoros occurs on a hilly site and facing the sea, the area of the site is around 4500 m2. It consists of three main blocks: the entrance block and two blocks of guest rooms, the three blocks are surrounding outdoor court. The site is accessed via a main gate from a 6 meters width street. The site has a slope for cars that leads to the main entrance and then continues to the parking area of five parking spaces.
