Project’s Brief
A residential project for sheltering people affected by Hurricane Chaballa in Archipelago Socotra,
in order to serve the island's population, of mostly low income .
The project consists of 361 housing units distributed as follows:
1- Low cost units : Estero (1 + 2) (161 units) , Zaheq (1 + 2) ( 94 units) ,Faarouh ( 30 units) and Westren Diksam ( 20 units).
2- Rural units : Dikshteen ( 34 units) and Diksam AL-kibani ( 22 units).
In addition to above, service complexes in Estero and Zaheq, comprising a Masjid, Clinic , Majlis and school building in the Estero area.
