Overview
RESIDENTIAL VILLAS COMPOUND, NAD ALSHEBA, DUBAI
The complexities came from several factors. First, Dubai's strict regulations required careful compliance, leading to numerous modications throughout the project. Additionally, there was a shortage of subcontractors, which posed challenges in maintaining the project timeline. The client also requested that the swimming pool be positioned very close to the buildings, necessitating a conceptual redesign to accommodate this requirement. Despite these challenges, we successfully navigated the regulatory and logistical hurdles to complete the project.
Construction of a Villa compound, comprising of 4 Villas on two attached plots of land.
Pavement of areas within the compound and parkings.
Providing electrical and mechanical systems for the villa including all the lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and sanitary works.
