• Installing LV systems including distribution boards, sockets, and switches.

• Supply and install fire alarm system.
• Supply and install standby power generation system.

Mechanical and Plumbing System:

• Implementing plumbing works for pipes and accessories.

• The total cost of firefighting, plumbing, and HVAC works is USD 146,105.

Physical Size

Built Environment:

• Two connected buildings with 302 m² area.

MEP:

• Above 10 air conditioning split units with max cooling and heating capacity of 2.5 ton.
• Firefighting systems containing 6 kg dry powder fire extinguishers.

Complexity

• The project site is located in the middle of the city with no storage location for material and equipment.
• Concrete casting had higher specifications and execution complexity due to LV and MV network healthcare requirements.
• The site was close to existing structures that required reinforcement to avoid cracks.

Methods / Technology

• Traditional construction process building methodology.
• Water supply and drainage networks required more detailed specifications due to the sensitivity of medical equipment.
• All medical equipment was imported to Somaliland.
