The project is located in Aden - Khormaksar region, opposite to Aden International Airport. The land is located on the main road connecting the airport main gate with Al-Arish area, with an area of 3400 square meters. Its strategic location is distinctive, as it is bordered by several sensitive governmental buildings. It is considered a safe area commensurate with the size and nature of the project.

Total area land is 3280 m2 with 2920 m2 built up area. The project consists of main building with three floors and roof, together with two annexes and main gate. The two annexes in the front façade contains consular affairs and protocol affairs.
